DESCRIPTION
This is a post for custom oil paintings on wallpaper. After purchasing the 50% deposit for the size and quantity you'd like, I will contact you through Etsy messenger or email to determine subject(s) and wallpaper pattern(s). I will then send you general composition sketches to choose from before I begin painting, followed by 2-3 work-in-progress photos over time. You will receive a custom post for the remaining balance when the painting(s) are ready to ship.

PAINTING PROCESS
Wallpaper is adhered to thin wooden panels or 1"-2" deep (depending on size) cradled wood panels with an archival adhesive and then sealed with a clear gesso. Each painting consists of approximately six layers of water-mixable oil paint (no solvents used). Paint never touches the wallpaper directly.

TIME FRAME
Paintings can take anywhere from 3 - 8 months to complete depending on size and hotsell quantity. This time frame starts when the painting process begins and does not include the time it takes to determine, subject, wallpaper, and composition.
