Absolutely wonderful vest! The color is a little difficult to describe- somewhere between black and grey with some silver and red thread running through the wool blend. The effect is truly wonderful, a beautiful shade of deep gray. The lining is an off-white with blue stripes. This vest dates to the 1900s, where it probably would have been daily wear for a gentleman. The vest has six buttons down the front and four pockets. Truly gorgeous and sturdy - the construction on this vest is absolutely beautiful. A truly wonderful vest for wear, and it could also work wonderfully for study or as décor!

CONDITION: This vest is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. This vest is in lovely condition indeed! I see some stains and marks on the inner lining of this vest, but otherwise this vest is still in very sturdy condition for wear! There are some signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful textiles! ~*~
