Jewelry Care: All SIORO jewelry is plated with precious metals to protect from tarnishing. We recommend removing it while using harsh chemicals, working out, swimming, or during active sports. Clean your jewelry with soft cloth avoid using abrasive materials and cleaning solutions as they can be harmful to the jewelry's finish.
*Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).

✦ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES✦

If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense. Ship item back within 14 days of delivery.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Sioro Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Sioro's Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It hotsell is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

International customers are responsible for any customs, fees or tariffs. Once a package leaves our workshop, we cannot guarantee USPS is going to deliver it on time without fail. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our care. Please understand that your package is in the care of USPS once it leaves us, we are NOT affiliated with it during the shipping process. We get all packages shipped out in a timely manner- and that is the very best we can do to ensure delivery is on time.
