To ensure the integrity of the vinyl decal, machine wash cold, inside out, delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry. Cool Iron hotsell if needed, taking care to not iron directly on the decal. Cover the decal with a thin piece of fabric or parchment paper to shield from heat.

Many of our products offer multiple customizations. If you order one of our customized color product and do not specify a color, it will be shipped as shown in the first listing photo. If you order a customized name product please specify the name in the order notes section. If you forget to do so, please send us a message ASAP after ordering with the name. If we do not hear from you within one week, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

All items will be shipped using ETSY shipping manager. Please verify your shipping address is correct BEFORE you submit your order. If a product is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the item. Insurance is available upon request at an additional fee. Please specify when ordering if you would like insurance.
Turn around times may vary due to order volume however most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please specify when ordering if you need your items sooner and we will do our best to accommodate. *Note- additional rush charges may apply.
