1888 Antique Dutch 833 Silver hotsell Spoon w/ Greco/Roman Character

Presented is a nice antique Dutch 833 purity silver spoon. This spoon has hotsell a hand engraved design of a Dutch landscape in the bowl. The handle has a Greco/Roman character that could be Poseidon or Zeus. Let the photos be your guide.


This piece was made circa 1888.


The spoon is marked the Dutch lion passant on the front for 833 purity silver, the key shaped mark for an export mark, and “D” corresponding to the year 1888.


This piece is in good condition. There are no repairs and no problems.
