This beautiful African Print High Low Skirt is really full and is worn with a short tutu skirt petticoat (sold separately) underneath to give her that extra puff and glamorous look.

Outfit is made of 100% african non-stretch fabric, with a double circle skirt cut and a horsehair braid hem which gives the skirt a lot of volume. The skirt is approx. 22inches long, the edges are Waverly and not asymmetrical.

This couple matching is perfect for weddings, proms and other formal events.
