Vintage textured black leather handbag by Brahmin. This bag is a classic top handle style, with a brown lucite handle and four gold tone ball feat on the bottom. There is a fob on the side that is gold tone and reads: "Brahmin Fairhaven Massachusetts U.S.A." It has the ship logo stamped in the center. There is a large open pocket on the back of the bag. The top flap is kept closed by a magnetic snap. The snap is imprinted with the patten number (see photo). It opens to a large inner opening. There is a leather flap that is against the back of the bag. The top in imprinted with "Made in U.S.A> by Brahamin". There is a smaller zip pocket, two open small pockets and two slots to hold pens. There is also a leather loop with a gold tone clip that your keys can attach to so they do not get lost in the bottom of your bag. The inside of the bag is lined with a thick black material.
This is a very well made bag, and could easily go from daytime to night! It is a great size to hold all your essentials, but small enough to be comfortable for a night out.
This handbag measures 8 1/4" high (excluding the handle) hotsell, 8" wide and 2 3/4" deep. The top lucite handle measures 10" and sits almost 3 1/2" from the top of the bag. This bag is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The gold tone hardware has very minor scratches on them. There are a few areas on the bottom side edges where the leather is worn. The interior is in excellent condition and is clean.
