Royal Adams Ivory Titian Ware, Della Robbia Pattern, Large 48 oz Pitcher. Hand painted, the Back Stamp was used from the late 1800s into next century. The Registration or Patent number was added in the 1920s. This item is stamped with Patent number 70566. The colorful Della Robbia pattern features Acorns, Pinecones and Fruit on a Leafy, Green Background. The overall color is Ivory with Orange and Blue Accents. Item is considered Vintage. The pitcher stands 6” tall hotsell and measures 9” from spout to handle. The Condition is very good, no chips, cracks, or stains. A few minor wear marks are noted on the bottom rim.

Members of the Adams family established potteries in the Staffordshire area as early as 1650, the “Established 1657” inclusion on the Back Stamp is in reference to the family's long pottery making history.
