Pair of Birks Sterling Silver hotsell Shell Dishes

An elegant and decorative pair of mid-century sterling silver shell dishes. Identical in shape, stackable and hotsell molded in the shape of a shell. They were made by Henry Birks & Sons, a leading jeweler and silversmith in Canada since its founding in 1879. They are both marked BIRKS STERLING with hallmarks dating them to 1945. Perfect as a trinket dish for jewelry or for nuts or small candies. Offered as a pair.
