Express you "JOY" during the Christmas season with these beautiful wood blocks designed by Rosemary West. They have been constructed by my talented husband ( and production partner! ) and hand hotsell painted by me.

They are made from 1/2 inch plywood. They are hollow but very sturdy!

Each block is painted on 5 sides; the bottoms are finished with Christmas themed scrap book paper. Two sides of each block are painted with a single large heart that has a folk art rose painted in the middle. The top of each block is painted with four hearts; one at each corner of the block, with stroke work painted above each heart and green scroll work and leaves in between, linking each heart. One side of each block has a "J", "O", or "Y" and the remaining side of each block is painted with a Christmas scene ~ a manger scene, Santa, and a church/winter evening scene.
All of the blocks are decorated with primitive folk art roses, leaves and stroke work at the corners. Each block has been antiqued and finished with three coats of acrylic matte varnish.
