Payment method：
We accept lump-sum payments and installments. Regarding the installment payment, you only need to pay a deposit of $100 and we can make the ring for you. You can flexibly arrange your repayment plan. I will arrange delivery after receiving full payment.

Production and shipping time：
After receiving the order, we will make the ring immediately. It takes up to 2 weeks to make the ring. Next, it takes about 7-10 days of logistics time. That is, from the day you place the order, it usually takes about half a month before you can receive the ring.

About returns：
We accept returns, you need to contact us within 7 days after receiving the ring, and return the ring within 14 days. But please note that we need to deduct $100 per ring, which includes labor costs, manufacturing costs, and shipping costs.
Please note that customized rings, engraved rings, and special rings (size less than 3US and greater than 9US) are not returnable.
