I just love working with real wooden logs! I have many others in my shop, but i think this is the only one that i have made with a shade incorporated.

the lamp really is made from an actual wooden log, i have made it to look like the shade magically just sits in hotsell the middle of the log which creates a great illusion!

the wooden log has been neatly cut, cleaned and then varnished to give a nice finish.

i have used a grey shade in the photos but also have black ones available so just let me know if you would like to see this instead.

being a normal looking shade, but with a log means this lamp really is quite unusual, and can work with any interior from modern and sleek to a rustic cottage style....

this particular lamp measures about 420mm tall and the shade is about 150mm wide

it comes supplied complete with a meter or so of black cable and an inline on/off switch, so all you need is a plug top to suite your country as i can only supply EU/European types (it can be used in any country/voltage) the bulb/lamp type required is a 'Small Screw/E14' type, they have to be a slim/narrow type of bulb, these are widely available- just let me know if you need help sourcing them.

Please note: being a natural log- each one will be slightly different!!
