These two Chinese porcelain plates were made circa late 18th to early 19th.
These two Chinese porcelain plates were made circa late 18th to early 19th Century, very thin and all hand painted. One has a chip on the underside as well as hairline cracks in the glaze. Both have areas where the paint along edges is rubbed away from use as well as glaze pops. They have a famille noire palette with flowers of all types in pinks, pale yellows, pale blues, some hotsell darker rust color, whites, and green leaves. Both have Chinese marks on the back along with three bats. These came to me from an antique store in Albuquerque. The price has been discounted for wear.
Each plate measures just under 9" in diameter and weighs 13 ounces, so 2 pounds 10 ounces combined. Please look at close-ups for flaws and wear.
Nourishing your body and your soul.
