Adorable & cute 100% cotton Dorothy handmade Toddlers costume. 11 pieces include: One piece dress, bloomers, pair 9.5 red glitter shoes, bow for if she wants to wear her hair down, 2 smaller plaid bows for pigtails, 2 pairs socks, white and blue. See pictures for measurements. This Halloween costume was handmade by a tailor for my daughter shown in picture. Paid $100 was worn once for a few hours. She is a small build here, between ages 4-5. (Basket hotsell and TOTO not included).
