It needs a new battery and a wipe (factory reset) leaving it to the user so they can put windows 10/11 or stick with the original windows 7 then is probably on a separate partition. Doesn't come with charger just the laptop .. needs a physical cleaning as well i took care of most of it with wipes . Wifi works .
