I use the traditional technique for icon painting in the Eastern Orthodox Christian tradition. hotsell I use egg tempera on a birch or maple wood boards.
Note options available include several size boards and whether gold leaf is used. "With gold Leafing means the entire background will be gold leaf, without gold leaf for this listing is what is pictured, with blue/black back ground.
When ordering an icon with a height of 6 inches or above please message me indicating whether you would like half figure (what is pictured) or full figure. It is recommended that all square boards of what ever size be half figure icons.
Made to order icons will take at least 4 weeks before they will be ready to ship. If you need the icon within less than 4 weeks message me, depending of the current volume of orders, I might be able to complete the icon within 2 1/2 to 3 weeks.
