So hotsell beautiful Early 19thC embroidered tulle and ribbon work little girls dress

If you collect lace, this little girls dress is another dream piece from my textile clothing collection.

So many people hand make or re create these old dresses for decor. There has been such a market for them that seamstresses are opening shops specifically for reproduction pieces inspired by dresses like this. Having the real thing is such a special treat.

Mid 1800's Such a little beauty with so much attention to detail. Pale ecru, All natural tulle lace with stunning embroidery including detailed florals on the skirt. The chest area has hand stitched ribbon work that is original to the dress which is so rare. Two areas of ivory silk or silk taffeta runched ribbon work flowers.

This beautiful treasure makes one of the most decorative displays hanging from a mirror, on a wall or anywhere. I had this pinned up on a wall in my power guest bedroom for many years. I later placed it on a small hanger and displayed it inside an open door cabinet where I loved it so much.

It also makes a wonderful photo prop.

Dress measures aprox 28"L and 12" pit to pit 35" end of sleeve to end of sleeve

This is a true antique and shows signs of previous love, age appropriate wear with time and history! I noticed one small hand threaded repair that was done probably around 1930-40's as the little pin was left in place which I have left.

I am not responsible for the post office lost or damaged items. I pay for insurance so if something arrives broken you can bring it to the post office and file a claim.

Buyer is also responsible if need be to pick up items from customs. If an item is returned back to me from overseas buyer will be responsible to pay for shipping for the return item.
