This antique Chinese hair comb is a relic from the Qing Dynasty.
This comb type of comb was used by the woman of the Han Chinese upper classes...
The "frame" is carved from cow bone...The teeth are bamboo splinters...and they are still somewhat sharp.
Great age patina...one small chip on a group of roughly 10 teeth...see upper right of pic 2
Size 4.3 inches long 2.5 inches tall .5 inches at center strut
