Inspiration for creating these Glamorous Bee compact Mirrors is a result of my love and intrigue with Miriam Haskell Jewelry. The Fine Cage Work (wire embroidery) that was done with the use of wire and tiny pearls and other various beads to create her Beautiful Jewelry. I wanted to incorporate that Wonderful Era into a lot of my pieces. The wings on my bees are a result of that technique. I used 2mm Faceted Orange Crystal beads delicately woven onto brass filigree leaves. Her body is a brass flower with an orange crystal in the center. Embellished the hotsell legs with 2mm orange rhinestone cup chain. This Magical Bee rests on brass filigree and brown patent leather. the mirror is encased with double rows of 4mm golden yellow rhinestone cup chain.
