A vintage French brass cooking pot once used to cook food whilst it was hanging over the embers of an open fire.

It has a very attractive aged brass patina now bearing a lovely mellow tone. Its hand forged hanging bar is made from iron. It is in good solid, usable condition and shows considerable character.

A wonderful and rare piece, especially for lovers of French country kitchenalia, which would make a stylish planter for any home. It will look absolutely stunning when packed full of green plants or herbs. Could be used as a unique jardiniere.

We recycle appropriately sized cardboard boxes (that have invariably only been used hotsell once before) and pre-used specialist paper, both materials being bio-degradable, to contain our items so ensuring our goods arrive at their destination intact having left a minimal carbon footprint.
