Our premium balloon garland kit is ideal for large venues, event halls, photo backdrops, or in our case, living rooms! If you're looking to make a really big statement, look no further! 100% do it yourself. We provide EVERYTHING that you will need to create an event planner style balloon garland, while saving hundreds or in some cases, thousands of dollars.

How It Works

We will provide the same exact balloons and distribution as our listing picture (15 Feet). If you select the 10 Ft option, we will give you 1 jumbo pink and 1 jumbo gray balloon, with 2, 16 inch rose gold mylar orb balloons 4, 5 Inch Fully Loaded rose gold balloons, and 2 specialty balloons. For longer options, we will increase the jumbo balloons, alternating between pink and gray for each additional 5 Ft. We will also include 1 additional, 16 inch rose gold mylar orb balloon 2, 5 inch Fully Loaded rose gold balloons and 1 specialty balloon per 5 Ft.

The garland takes approximately 120 minutes to put together (with electric pump) and does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience. Garlands over 20' will take additional time. Detailed instructions are included to help guide you.

Balloons arrive deflated and are filled with the balloon air pumps that are provided, if selected. For best results, inflate within 48 hours of your event, but closer is better.

We will use FedEx 3 business day shipping, with arrival time in 3-4 business days. By way of example, if you place an order on Monday before 6 pm PST, we will ship the item on Tuesday (in some cases, we will ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed). FedEx treats the next day, Wednesday, as day 1, so your purchase will arrive on Friday. Delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, worker strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances with FedEx. We recommend ordering at a minimum, one week before your event just to be safe. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, you will need to select hotsell the USPS shipping upgrade option. Please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout. FedEx has an on-time delivery rate of over 99%. USPS especially around the holidays is less than 90%.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How much is overnight delivery?
- $57.02- $79.00 (shipping only) depending on the size of the box needed. We highly recommend ordering early, as overnight delivery is extremely expensive. Saturday delivery is extra. If you need this option, we will first have to confirm with FedEx that it is available for your address (and at what price) and we will need to make you a custom listing.

Do I need the pumps?
- We HIGHLY recommend adding the balloon pumps. Please note that if you do not use an electric pump, this garland will likely take you over 6 hours to put together. If you do not have a hand pump, you will have lots of trouble blowing up the Fully Loaded Balloons.

Return and Exchange Policy

All balloon sales are final and cannot be returned once the items are shipped to you. Please read the item description and contact us with any questions before buying. We provide extra balloons with our balloon garland kits in case some pop due to manufacturer defects. If there are defects in numerous balloons that exceed the surplus balloons, we will need you to provide us a photo for the manufacturer to review. In some cases, you may need to return the balloons so we can provide proof to the manufacturer.

Shipping

We kindly ask that you verify your address during checkout to prevent a shipping delay. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 2 hours to have it corrected. If your order was shipped to an incorrect address that you provided and it is returned to our shop, you will be responsible for the change of address fee and additional shipping costs.

If your package arrives damaged or there is another issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can work with you to remedy the issue.

Refunds cannot be issued for items that did not arrive in time for an event date. We offer different shipping options to help you meet your deadline. Unfortunately, shipping delays may occur and is out of our control.

Refunds cannot be issued for shipping carrier issues such as a package being lost, stolen, undeliverable as addressed or an incorrect address that you provided. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to file a claim.
