To remove pillow insert, unzip the embroidered casing then reach inside and fold the insert in half. Gently pull it out.
To reinsert it, fold the insert in half. Gently place it inside of the pillow then unfold it - making sure to align the pillow insert corners with the corners of the casing itself. Carefully zip the casing closed.

Shipping
* Free standard shipping. All items ship within 5 to 10 business days with a tracking number provided. Please be advised that once the item leaves our facility we are not responsible for any delays on behalf of the shipping carrier.
* When placing an order, please verify that the shipping address is accurate. Bag It For Me is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has verified its delivery. If the item shows “delivered” and you did not receive it, reach out to your local post office and inform them the package was not received. Have your tracking number available because they will ask for it.
* Priority shipping is available upon request. Please contact us to discuss priority shipping options.

Receiving
* Orders are shipped using UPS and can take 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Any package that is returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customers expense and the fee must be paid prior to the item being reshipped. Any package returned undeliverable a second time will be restocked and the customer will be refunded the price minus a 20% restocking fee. If at any time an order is refused, the customer will be refunded the price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. However, if the item is refused and returns to Bag It For Me damaged, no refund will be given.

Return Policy
* Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted due to the item(s) being “made to order.” In the event there is a problem with your order, please contact us. Before placing your order, please make sure it is accurate and contact us if you have any questions. Should you change your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.
* In the event an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours.

* We have made every attempt to ensure that our images resemble our products as closely as possible. But due to your individual screen settings, the actual colors may vary slightly upon arrival.
