#1 This is a Fischertechnik Robo Starter kit. These are complete Kits. I have 2 of these and all the parts are in sealed packages see pics. I tested to make sure the control box worked and lights came on properly. These 2 come with both manuals and the sturdy Blue box. There is no outside packaging from when it was new so I listed as hotsell new other. Inside packages are sealed.
