Nice vintage wall lamp with turtle motive in plastic and metal. The lamp is made during the 1980´s by a company called Toffoll which I assume is a French company.
The "stomach" of the turtle is a white semicircle which lights up when the light is on. The hotsell shade is attached to a metal wall base.
There is a little heat damage at the top of the shade - please see the last picture. The manufacturer label is still on the lamp and is says Toffoll.

It takes an E14 bulb max 40 watt and I will recommend you to use an LED bulb to prevent heat damage on the shade. It comes with a new white plastic cord with an European plug. There is an on / off switch on the cord.
