VINTAGE Tan Leather Jacket with Large Fur Collar from Bon Ton. Ladies Size Small. Nice Condition Marked Kirks Suede Life

This is a tan leather jacket with thick plush fur. It's a casual coat from the Estate of an elderly woman who had so many clothes she turned one of her bedrooms into a huge closet! I picked out several terrific coats and a few other clothing items. I'll be listing them all here in the coming week. I am really excited about listing this lot since this woman had excellent taste in clothes. She obviously loved designer clothes and used a professional cleaner regularly. She stored the clothes on their original hangers and covered them loosely which really helped them stay in such great shape over the years.

This coat is made of 100% genuine leather with a 100% polyester lining. This jacket has one large, heavy duty zipper just off the center hotsell of jacket; it is in very good, gently worn condition AND it is very comfortable! There are two large pockets located one on each side of the front. The fur is thick and is attached to leather hide. I'm not sure what type of fur it is because fur isn't marked on the tag. Maybe you can tell from the closeup.

This jacket is clean and remains in very nice vintage condition. The dark brown quilted lining is in good condition but does have a tiny round tear and some of the color has faded to purple along the neck and hemline due to oxidation over the years. (Only discoloring -- no damage.) Because this is vintage, it has a light aroma of the past so professional cleaning is suggested; priced to sell with this in mind. (And although this is not bad, I mention it for a most accurate description.) In the meantime, I'm airing out all the coats and will continue to do so until sold.
