I deliver all packages from Ukraine to the US through a partner in Pennsylvania. When the partner receives the package, I update the order with the usps track. All packages for US customers will be shipped from Pennsylvania This is a more expensive shipping method for me than direct shipping from Ukraine BUT it is a reliable shipping method during this unpredictable time.
